These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 63jili ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 63jili website located at https://63jili.org and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing the 63jili platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 63jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Upon successful registration, 63jili will create a player account in your name. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity.

Account Security: You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 63jili strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 63jili immediately via our live chat support. 63jili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC): As part of our compliance obligations, 63jili may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. 63jili processes all KYC documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 63jili reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

All financial transactions on the 63jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 63jili does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method. Deposits are credited to your 63jili wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 63jili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash: typically within 10 minutes during business hours
• PayMaya / Maya: typically within 30 minutes
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1–3 business days

63jili reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your player wallet if KYC verification has not been completed, if the withdrawal would violate any applicable bonus terms, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

63jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

All games available on the 63jili platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 63jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one player account on the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or poker-format games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform or play games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the 63jili platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on the platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 63jili staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

All content on the 63jili platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive property of 63jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 63jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 63jili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or game outcome displayed on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered therein.
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond 63jili's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

In all cases, 63jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 63jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 63jili's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of 63jili's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

63jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 63jili will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
